At The Artisan Candle Studio, each candle is carefully handcrafted and packaged with the utmost care.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on candles that have been used or burned.
As scent is a personal preference, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges based on fragrance selection. We encourage you to read scent descriptions carefully before making your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will gladly assess the issue and arrange a replacement where applicable.
While we take great care in packaging your order securely, once parcels are handed over to the courier, delivery is beyond our control. However, we will always do our best to assist in resolving any issues that may arise.
