At The Artisan Candle Studio, each order is carefully prepared and packaged with attention to detail.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days. Please note that this does not include courier delivery time.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–5 working days, depending on your location within South Africa.

We use trusted courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently. You will receive a tracking number once your parcel has been shipped.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
