Candle Care & Safety
Proper candle care helps your candle burn cleaner, last longer, and perform at its best:
- Trim the wicks to approximately 0.5 cm before each use to promote a clean, even burn and help prevent soot and excessive flame height.
- Burn your candle for no more than 4 hours at a time and allow it to cool before relighting.
- Do not burn your candle all the way down. For safety, discontinue use when approximately 0.5 cm of wax remains in the refill. This prevents overheating of the vessel and helps avoid damage.
- Always burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it out of reach of children, pets, and flammable items.
